Shipley's, is a Houston success story that went from mom-and-pop to ubiquitous chain across the American South. I live a few blocks from the oldest Shipley's, located at 3932 N. Main, Houston, Texas. I’m developing a photo-series of night shots of this Shipley’s on Main Street.
